Anyone near Fl interested in one of my Corvettes?

It's my old one...pretty car, has '80 body. I have decided I can not keep both of them.

Check out my post here:

Is the chassis big enough to accommodate a BIG BLOCK ?????? Got one of those ready to drop in!!
I know 76 was the last year from the factory but not being too familiar with vette's I'm not sure. Let me know. I have a buddy with a car trailer...
just in case(??).

I don't know much about corvettes, but I do know someone who put a big-block into one of these 'style' of corvettes. Not sure of the year of his tho, and not sure if any special mounts had to be made... (or mods) And because of his air scoop on it he couldn't put on his hood (or maybe just chose not too!)
His was pushing over 700HP (lots of goodies under the hood!!) running off of airplane fuel!!! He broke a couple motor/tranny mounts from the torque before he finally chained down one side of the block to the frame. Later he tried out his nitrous and melted/fried a piston or two!! Other than that he said the nitro ran really smooth considering the size of the motor and all...

Cheers!! Have fun, good luck sellin BBA!!

pickel...It will bolt right in. Same trans and all, you just have to use big block motor mounts and short drive accessories ( short water pump ). You would have to buy the Corvette BB alternator/PS/AC brackets as well.
My Hooker Super Comps won't fit a BB, so you would need headers.

I've known quite a few who have done that very swap. The car already has a BB radiator in it
