PETA wants Hamburg, NY to change its name to Veggieburg some of what PETA does is good but I don't understand what this would accomplish, if it's just for publicity than I guess it worked.
How ridiculous. I'm sure that being in PA, which has a Large German derived population, the name Hamburg comes from the German city by the same name, not from the US's favorite fast food.

I see. They don't want people to eat hamburg. They would rather we eat veggieburg. I hate veggieburgs. Make one that costs the same as a hamburg, and tastes decent and I'll change.
So are they saying canabolism is a good thing? Going off what Blazer said, if they are saying Hamburg should be Veggieburg then that implies its not named after a German place but instead is a piece of food. If its food that means its population is just...lettuce and tomatoes. Hey I'm hungry! Any one up for a road trip to the biggest Veggieburger in the world!\
edit: I guess what I said makes abou the same amount of sense as what they said.
