I decided to pop into Reseller Ratings for a deal quest. Had to log in... I was a little surprised, but I do log out from TechIMO once in a while, so this is a legitimate possibility.... login accepted.

I read about a Staples deal for NiMH batteries.

I visited the link, it looks dead, and I decided to post a comment about the deal; I posted my comment in RR about the deal.

The refreshed rr window showed the comment on screen 2 times.

I tried to edit one of the posts thinking my index finger must have twitched; both posts were edited.

I opened a new window, popped into TechIMO, and was still logged in as I had initially wondered, when I logged into RR.

I then logged out of TechIMO, and when I returned to the RR comment page, I now have only one post.

Cookies are fouling up? The login at TIMO was not recognized at Reseller Ratings? I usually login from the link along the top of the TIMO window.

So then I reboot the PC using Knoppix (I'd like to see that cookie cross over from an unmounted hard disk...), I loged into TechIMO per the link up top, and visited the Reseller ratings comment yet again. Now, under Knoppix 3.2 and Mozilla 1.3, I see 3 posts, all identical. Sorry folks, but April 1 was 3 weeks ago.

Ya I PM'd doc about that the other day, I posted a comment and it showed up 3 times
Then I went through and had to edit it, after I edited it, there were only 2 lol
