If you as a lawyer know he is guilty I still can't understand how you could defend such a creep.

I know it is your job but you have to go to bed feeling dirty at night.

on another forum last night just before going off the air for the day. Seems that this may make a very bad precident...

Try to follow this scenario:

1: Plan a murder in a small public place using a legally owned weapon.

2: carry out the murder.

3: When the police arrest you, scream out your confession at the top of your lungs IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MIRANDA. Make sure that all the witnesses can hear you.

Conclusion: All of the witnesses and the evidence collected by the police is not admitted in court. Your confession is not allowed. And you can now sue the city/county/state for violating your rights.

This sucks. Going to go and pla... I mean eat lunch.

You must make sure to mention all threads which lead to you because evidence that they find on their own is still good.

So make sure you mention everyone that knew including the guy who sold you the gun, the bullets, and tell them about all the video survailance cameras you might have been seen by.
