Really Bad Day
This past week was bad, I had the beginning of a root canal done last Monday, and there was a sharp edge on the tooth being worked on, and it was tearing up my lower lip and tongue. Then comes today, the day from Hell...........
First up, I had to go in to get more work done on that tooth. Gassed up, and numbed, it was bearable. After that, we decided to go for a drive, and look for houses for sale. That was not too bad, I got a cappuccino out it. (English Toffee!) We had to return a video, and decided to pick up a couple more.
We stopped at KFC to pick up dinner. We were close to home, when this dumb female, not paying attention to what she was supposed to be paying attention to (Driving of course...........), starts to pull over into the our lane. CE was driving, and wouldn't you knlw it, the bimbo was to our right, and CE had nowhere to go, so she ended up hitting on the passenger side.
Being in a bit of shock right then, I didn't notice that my tooth (You know, the one that was worked on) was hurting like heck. When we got back home, the first thing I found out was, the passenger side door could only be opened about 2 inches or so. I had to crawl over to the drivers side to get out of the car.
Now the fun part starts........ I opened the box of chicken, only to find outt hat the 12 piece was only 8, and the wings that were supposed to be replaced with thighs, had not happened, even though they charged us extra for it. I took the first bite, and darn near hit the roof! My tooth hurt so bad, I was in tears. I have to go back in the morning, to have the dentist see what damage was done in the accident...........
Ouch, This hurts..................

OUCH! I know that pain.
I wrecked a work van a few years back. i also was in the middle of dental work. After waiting four hours for a ride to come get me we stopped to grab lunch and of course i did the same thing you did taking a bite of my sandwich and hitting the wrong tooth. I screamed so loud we almost had another wreck.

oy sorry Anglecat. Not a fun couple o days. Well luckily it was her fault for hitting you so you should get insurance money. Possibly the whole tooth thing could be payed for by the insurance since it was hurt in the accident again! Sorry about it though. Something like a tooth being messed bites. Its constantly there. Well hey you can get lots o jello right

Got an appointment to get AC's tooth looked at today at 3pm.
Still need to get a hold of the insurance, and get pics of the car for them. And get a hold of the lawyer, bank, and work, and the union, and...
This getting hit by a random driver stuff is hard. LOL
Can I add in the phone charges to the insurance bill? How about the dentist? Does my workers coverage apply since I was driving? Will the union bonus apply to the deductable, or just to non insurance costs? Does non insurance include all the time this taking up? Can I get the bonus unused three days emergency pay on top of my lay off pay?
This stuff is not easy. Wish she had asked before she hit us, I would have passed! LOL
(Still can't spell!)

Seems a delicat balance of interrelated factors that we call our lives...
And a bum toof on top of it all. That REALLY hurts. My dentist bought a big screen TV and named it after me.
Best of luck dealing with it all, you two. Best thoughts for ya. I'll be asking the Big Guy to turn your Fun Meter back on.

Bugs and anything, especially if he's in a tu-tu is great fun. Bugs and Yosemite Sam is even better. That's who we had on top of our wedding cake

sorry to hear about your bad day [week?]
i had a "wonderful day" yesterday, took some friends shopping 100 miles from home, took them to their native country's restaurant, got their electronics for them [saved bookoo $$$] and everything was going quite well until we came back to my car.
somebody busted out the window in my car for no reason, they could have stolen a laptop, MD player, 2 CD players, a digital camera, and $600, but they didn't the shopping mall security SUV was parked 200 feet from my car and they saw nothing, the mall officials instantly pleaded a 5th amendment to me, and the police of course, said "thankyou"
insurance wont cover it, and i was already broke, but oh well, it was a good day other than that.
