to save the flash file, you go into your temporary internet files directory (C:\windows\temporay internet files) and sort the files by type. Looking at the type, search down until you find *.swf, shockwave, flash file or the similar. Copy all to a folder somewhere. Open them in IE, until you find the right one. Name it appropriatly and have fun.

sometimes you can just change the *.html to *.swf and then "File" -> "Save as..."
