my opinion:
a fetus is not a baby
until it is born, it is just another part of the mother
like a kidney, or a liver
killing a mother is murder, but the fetus should not be included
edit - had not read it before
not trying to start trouble.. thats just my opinion
that man should die, however

quite simple really, if the now gang lets this baby be declared to exist as a human, then the partial birth babies could be concidered human..

You need the second killing to get the death penalty in California. You see, we give you one free murder. Kill two and things start getting serious!
They might kill him in 20 years or so if he is unluckey.
He is a good as convicted now, he has chosen to use a public defender!

I'm confused by the facts in this case. I've seen both "full-term infant" and "fetus" used. The two have different meanings, and I'd like to know what the facts are.
I agree that there are people with agendas out there who would like to have a fetus treated as a baby. Shouldn't they worry about having a baby treated as a fetus?
