Well I've been house shopping and also shopping around for a loan. Has anyone had experience with online loans (auto, home, anything)?

I have checked out one place e-loan. I'm just trying to cover everything before I make a decision, but don't know anyone who has done it online before.

I got a loan a little bit ago from www.lendingtree.com
My interest rate on the loan sucks, but that's not related to the site...
Lending tree allows (in theory) other banks to compete for your loan... only one was available for me

just be carefull . remember EVERYTIME someone pulls your credit you take a hit on your credit rating . i think it is like 1 point per report pulled . so if your are on the bubble and give your ss # to tomany people it might be to good .
