school conspiracy

What should I do, actuall leagle advice would be helpful:

My vice principlke lied to me. I'll explane the situation a little:

about a month ago, i was minding my own business, during lunch and was walking to the trash to put my tray away. I walked by a table and suddenly I was pushed into another table, by a kid who purposely backed into me with his chair (he was sitting in it). I, out of reaction, swung with my armm, pusing him off of me. Unfortuneatly, I had a the tray in my hand that hit his head. It more of skimmed it, because it the flew halfway across the lunch-room. The vp screamed to "get into my office now". So I went down to his office. Blah blah blah, and I got a 2 day out of school suspension. But, the other kid didn't get in any trouble.

So I then went back later that day, and asked why the other kid didn't get into trouble. I got "you hit him, and the whole blah blah." I finally got him to say that if I or any other kid, back up into another kid like he did me, the kid doing the backing up would be punished.

The vp never punished the other kid. He refused to return my dads calls.

My dad pretty much gave up and "left it alone".

I went about 2 weeks ago to him and asked did dana (the other kid) ever get in trouble. He replied, me and mr. richter sorted things out (the guidence guy). Then I asked, but did he ever get into trouble, and I got "i can't tell you, its against the law".

I later found out, by reliable sources that the other kid never did get into trouble. at all.

Now someting else, I was told, that if he told me what happened to the other kid woiuld be breaking the law, did he not when he told me 2-day suspension, right in front of the other kid?

The point is, that he lied to me, and by what he said, must ofbroke the law. What should I do. I think I am going to go to the Principle / Supertendent,, but what should I say, except for what I just told you.

I want that problem completely removed from my record, or it put on the other kids record.

THAT IS ******* BULL****. Please excuse my language but i am utterly outraged by this crap. i was you i would get a tape recorder, tape it through my chest and conceal it. tell him to go over everything one more time just so you get all that crap on tape. once you have it on tape, bring it to the superintendent or whoever is in charge. better yet, do you have schoolboard meetings? say you would like to speak and bring that tape out, the only way to make an effect is to let everyone hear. make it known, if you have others standing by you, especially parents that hear this, you can serisoully get something going. what happens, im not sure, but when you get that guy lying on tape it looks bad, and it ruins carrers. some people were never made to have the jobs they do, and some have to lose them....if that happens good, if it doesnt oh well. get it on tape and get it out there. if you have the tape you can call your local news stations and put it out on the waves and tubes, this guy will be sorry that he ever ****** with you.

This works, when a roofer screwed my grandma with unfair prices, my dad got it all on tape and when he threatened him with it, that guy backed off real fast. you need to threaten them to get something going.

lol sorry man... but all stories like this start

I told a few myself.

As far as this matter is concerned... get over it. It is far from as big of a deal as you would like it to be. 2 day suspension with no priors sounds kind of harsh. Am I wrong to assume this was your first run in with the VP?

its the principle of the matter, dont let people in power be corrupt, fight back. (ive been watching bill oreilly a long time, maybe that is what influences my opinions)

lol at shawshank too. If you do go the tape recorder route use duct tape and I am talking like half a roll... you wouldn't want that thing falling off right?

if they wont do anything about him, next time (hopefully there wont be one, but still), just hit him hard so its worth it
that would teach that little punk

not saying violence is the answer.. but it would be more satisfying then getting in trouble any way for nothing

or you could just bottle up the anger inside and forget about it... since that would probably be the smartest thing to do

you are not alowed to record people and use it in court unless you have their permission. that is why there are survelinace cameras and not surveilance microphones

why cant you record without permission and use it in court? i cant think of any situation where something said without knowing it was being recorded that the person wouldnt mind it used in court unless it was something to get them in trouble, which is exactly why it needs to be able to be used.
