FINALLY

I saw Avril Lavigne last night at the Conseco Field House in Indianapolis last night along with GOB and Simple Plan!!!! The show was general admission and I ended up front row!!! woo hooo!!! SHE ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was so cool. All the bands were cool. But she put on a really good show for only having one album so far.

It's a bummer no cameras were allowed I would have had some excellent pictures..........................

Now I just wish the ringing in my ears would STOP!!!!

While not being an anti-Avril freak, I was disappointed in her appearance on the grammies. I do appreciate live music (having been in bands for ten years) and it was a good performance, but I thought it was lacking something. I'm sure the show rocked though. I'd have gone.

Ear plugs, man. You can still hear. Cuts down the volume. Next time you are at a show, look close at the band. Bet they are wearing them. I was a percussionist(fancy drummer!) in late 60's and 70's. New plugs are much better now. Glad you liked the show, know you have been waiting. Brian

i heard her live once, on mtv.. she sounded nothing like her album.. i like a couple of her songs and all though.. she would probably sound better in a concert situation then on a building i guess .. hopefully

I see avril everyday. She goes to my school. (actually there is a girl at my school that looks just like her)

I was a bit concerned that she wouldn't sound that great live, but her stage was excellent and she did a really good job. She put on a really good show. It was worth the drive to Indy. Of course being that close to the stage was an additional bonus.

Thats not fair, Avril will be down here soon, but i really couldn't afford the tickets.

Oh well, im sure she'l be here again some time.
