Just upgraded my system. 768mb of ram for $105. Now thats a bargain. Whats the deal with memory right now. Anyone know why its so cheap? Not that I'm complaining.

Yup it went from $30.00 here last Friday to $39.00 on Saturday!
This was for 256 Meg of Micron!

Well, you have paid the usual rate after it went up ... few weeks ago you could`ve bought 256MBX3 from Crucial for less than 75 bucks shipped ...

And man since then the price went more than 70% up .. specially DDR ....

Still !! you have a monster machine now dude, and that is the main point ...

Yep.. the Crucial ad on the top right of this page still says $34.19 for 256MB PC133.... shipped...
