This is just breaking. They walked up to the Palestine hotel in military/Baath party uniforms and were ushered into the compound.

One of them is the top scientific adviser to Saddam is on the 55 most wanted list. This is huge!!

edit: evidently the science guy surrendered elsewhere they are now reporting. These guys are high ranking police officials.
