screwed up keybord??

hello,
please if anyone can help me, i already spent 2 days searching the net with this problem:
i bought an toshiba satellite 2100CDS laptop and i cannot write some of the letters - most of them is appearing fine but i cannot eg write "c" .. some are remapped to totally different group of letters or symbols , but with external keyboard everything works.. i updated bios, tried to repair it with keyb settings in autoexec.bat but really no help..
