I was thinking about getting one and wanted to see if anybody here had any one that they liked.
I did a bit of looking around, and saw a Sangean ATS818.
It (Sangean)seems to be a popular brand and has quite a few neat features about it.
It looks to be priced about 150 to 175 dollars and that is about what I wanted to spend.

Also, can you get them at Radio Shack/ Fry's/ best buy, etc?

The Grundig Yacht Boy 400 has traditionally been considered a good radio for the price. I was going to buy one when Penney's was selling them out for around $75 but by the time I tried to order one they were all gone. The regular price is in the $125 and up range.
