It's a free country and if they want to go to Iraq to do this, then the government should not try to stop them. I agree that government support would undermine the good faith we are trying to establish with the rebuilding of Iraq, though. I do believe it would be a dangerous mission for them, but that has rarely hampered missionary missions in the past.
