Protocol--Honorarium for a Congressman?
Need some help regarding protocol. A group I'm involved with is inviting our local congressman to speak. Is it considered appropriate to pay an honorarium for such an appearance?

Do congressmen have anyone other than perky-sounding interns working for them?
