Hi guys!


I've been "enjoying" (yeah, right) my rigorous workout program after my son goes to bed...which would normally be my TechIMO time...but after I hit the shower I'm too pooped to post.


Just wanted to let you all know that even though I haven't posted much at all lately, I still think about my TechIMO family every day...I will certainly continue to keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Btw i started to use the liquid form of creatine. its supposed to be alot safer plus along with a protien drink. im seeing the results!
