Wrong time!

The time of the forums is wrong for me.
I set in user cp the timezone to be GMT+2 which is correct, but it didn't adjust correctly for daylight savings time.
(The clock was adjusted +1 hour on last sunday of march.)

The time is 12:49 now but forums insist it's 11:49.

How can I correct this or can you do it?

Ok. Maybe I worded it wrong.

The +1 hour leap is done (I think universally) on last sunday of march.
This year that was 31.03.2003 03:00 (gmt+2), at which time (at least whole european union) jumped one hour forward.

Is that called spring forward? I only have 'adjust daylight savings time automatically' in time properties so I don't know whether it was right to call it daylight savings time

I don't remember when the clock is switched back one hour.

The TechIMO server is in the US, and the US observes DST on April 6th.

To correct this, you'll have to adjust your time offset in the user control panel until the TechIMO server makes the DST adjustment (April 6th)

I believe that Europeans, with the exception of the UK and Portugal and maybe another country who I can't think of at present, have a sort of double summertime.

When I go to France for the day in the summertime you have to put an hour on (or back maybe) as they are an hour out.
