Paypal Questions

I just made a paypal account. Can i recive money if my account is unvarified? I am 15 amost 16 like 16 days. And I want to get a paypal credic/debit card. Is there one that my parents can sigh me up for or i can sighn up for? If any one would like to make a donation to the"student that needs some money fund" . Email deleted but, Nice Try You could test it too.?

The PayPal service is not intended for use by minors. You will also not be eligible to have a PayPal credit or debit card until you are 18, nor will you be eligible for one until your account is verified (and has been in use for a certain period of time).

From PayPal's User Agreement
Without limiting the foregoing, our Service is not available to minors, persons who are suspended from our Service, or to persons who present an unacceptable level of credit risk. In order to receive credit card funded payments or use the Service to conduct business or in conjunction with a business, you must upgrade to or register for a Premier or Business account.

Conceivably. At least that was the case a while ago. I'm not sure if it still holds true. Why have a PayPal account that only allows you to recieve funds?!

The fact remains - you're still not allowed to have an account. Besides, the only credit card that could activate your account would have to have YOUR name on it, as PayPal does relatively extensive checks on whether or not your credit card matches your account info. You also cannot change your name in your account (at all), so you can't change it to match a credit card.

Be warned - if you screw around with the service, trying to manipulate the features, signing up for too many accounts, etc., your account(s) can, and will be suspended. This rings ESPECIALLY true for accounts that are unverified.
