I think this was posted in news. It sounds like a great idea, until you consider trying to get on a plane with a laptop battery filled with alcohol. I don't think they'll go for it.

But I'm all for better living through chemistry!

You are soooo wrong. Just think the volume of alcohol that would have to be produced to support this technology. Can you see what this will do to the price of beer? I will be getting a six pack for $1. Oh wait, nevermind that is pretty cool
