help on setting up comp. making biz

Can any one help me on how to set up a computer making biz. I already made a site and know how to accept payments and how to run it.

I just need help in the legal part. I dont know where to register what to register for what licenses to apply for and where to go and how to search for copyrighted or trademarked names. Please help. Planning to open up summer.

Oh yeah, I live in the state of Illinois and county of McHenry in the United States. Planning to sell in U.S. for now.

P.S. Can anyone tell me some distributors in the Chicago area for AMD, Intel, Thermaltake, Chieftec, Shuttle, Asus, MSI, Enermax, Microsoft, Lite On, Geil, ATI, NVIDIA, and/or Western Digital.

This would be a good place to call and ask some questions. Most of them have a package they mail out with all the forms,and info,they do in MO anyway

Brainchild thanks for helping but Ive already looked at these. None of them can tell me where to search for company names. Also how about registering in the National Government since my biz will be on the internet open to U.S. sales.
