there seem to be a bunch of negativity towards mike moore. which is understandable. but i wonder how many people actually saw this movie. and what they thought of it. after some posts, i might add my 2 cents.

Haven't had a desire to see it, and probably won't. Has nothing to do with his poor-taste political rambling on the Oscars.

i thought it was very good, until i read about how he manipulated the story line and video to give a negative view on guns and america.

the cartoon in his movie was pretty funny tho

Never even heard of it until it was nominted for the Oscars. However, maybe down the line I might want to watch it.

well i saw it twice. i think that every american should see it. forget mike moore. there are problems with the movie, there is no doubt about that, but honestly there are few. minus some "incomplete" stories, or biased view points (which i feel only occurs only once at the end of the movie with the "welfare to work" woman and her child) i think is is a well done, respectable documentary that asks (even though does not explicitly answer) the question of why the US has such a terrible gun violence record. If you havent seen it...and you do not believe, or do not wish to believe everything anyone else tells you as fact regardless of the REAL truth, go see this for yourself.

if you havent seen it. dont knock it. cuz you only further prove his point. you would have to see the movie to understand.

I'd love to see it.
But it isn't out yet in finland. (sure in theaters but who pays 10€ for a documentary).
