How to do this... buy a TI92/89 =)

If I wanted to further stress my brain today I could walk you through it maybe... Brain is tired tho.

At least you have the answer.

Yer steps ahead of me cracked... ever see an 89? it is a beast!! My backpack was backed over by a car once and the only damage was a cracked lid.

Multiple ways to do this, here is how I did it.

1/(3(x-3)^(-2/3))
1/3 * 1/(x-3)^(-2/3) separate the coefficient
1/3 * (x-3)^(2/3) removed negative exponent
1/3 * d/dx (x-3)^(2/3) take derivative
1/3 * (2/3(x-3)^(-1/3) derivative
1/3 * 2/3 * 1/(x-3)^(1/3) separated coefficient and removed negative exponent
2/9 * 1/(x-3)^(1/3) combined constants
2/(9(x-3)^(1/3)) simplified answer

Hope that helps.
