Sometimes I really hate dairy products

Sometimes I really hate dairy products. I don't know if I'm lactose-intolerant or not. I can eat yogurt every morning and not have problems.

What irks me is the short shelf life of a dairy product. My quart of milk was set to expire today 3/22/03, but I couldn't bear to throw it out, so I drank a cup of it (chocolate milk), and used another 1/2 cup for Pasta Roni.

I don't know how many times I've sat on the toilet today, but my stomach is still uneasy.

In the summer, I may only eat ice cream as the only way to consume dairy. I should probably avoid it altogether.

Maybe it was something other than the milk...

I know I can't drink too much milk. A cup of white milk is about all I can drink at a time...any more and I'll probably puke.

Milk needs to be stored less than 42 degrees or so. It is very important it is kept cold. By that I mean not to leave on the counter or table while you are having your cereal. The sooner you get it home from the store the better. Keep it constanly cold and it will be fine for several days after the expiration date.

Also don't dump any unused milk back into the carton.
