its great to be back home

after working out of town since the middle of november,i am back home"for good". the general contracter is cutting back on hours(from like 50 hours a week to 40) so us "boomers" cant afford to stay and pay for our lodging. so i did some negociating with the management of the company i worked for(Safway Scaffolding) and they agreed to give me a layoff,tho reluctantly. 2 carpenters got laid off 2 days before.

i was able to same a few bucks,so the soujourn wasnt a wasted effort.

now i m home with a honeydo list the length of gene simmons tongue,so i wont be bored for awhile.

plus side carpentry jobs are starting to appear.

and my other puters os(win xp) needs to be reactiviated cause of a vid card change.

thanks to you all for your support and patience with my "whining" while i was working out of town and frequenting the library in south haven for puter access to this site
