Interior Design Style?

What type of interior design style is it (What's it called...) where the walls are exposes brick, and the roof is typically unfinished, painted ductwork and stuff?

Some of them are built to look like old converted warehouses, and I'm sure many of them are..

Industrial Design I think is what it's called.I really like it, but the wife says NO! Of course I could live in the garage
