Help with an image please
I have been working on this thing for hours, and I can't get it to look right.Anyone want to take a shot at it?

All I need is the hands to move somewhat like they are playing so I can put it on my webpage

Here's my go at it; *if you want to tweak it, you should be able to easily adjust the frames/layers for position, speed in a gif animator, like ImageReady. If you want the .psd, lmk
