My dad who served in WWII told me last night he "flipped off" some war protesters yesterday. Way to go Dad!!

i'm interest, my father was never in the military and that's why i parhaps hate wars, and i see your father was in the WWII perhaps that's why you think war is a good solution in this time? not?

No, my father saw many of his shipmates die in combat. Due to an illness of another sailor he was transferred to another gun turret on the ship. His old duty station was struck by a German bomb that day. Through a twist in fate he survived.

I would say that he believes it is everyone's duty, when possible, to stand up against evil.
