Ok tell me where this guy is wrong.

He claims not only do you not have to pay taxes but he claims that he has openly not done it in 13 years. The IRS has not been able to touch him.

Not only does he claim that you do not have to pay these taxes but that you can request all that you have payed in a lump sum.

I would love to see that paycheck. I would be a wealthy miser.

Oh, yes, it's voluntary. It's to help pay for The War To End All Wars (WW1).

The thing that is compulsory is the filing of the 1040 form. It is also highly illegal to lie on it, so whatever you come up with on line 16, you voluntarily send that.

Thisi is yet another BS thing, of course you don't have to pay, but you odn't make much in Jail.

A buddy of mine tried this, he now owes 4 years of income tax (over 30k) and when they catch on to him (after you don't file for 7 years) he will likely be in jail for tax evasion, oh well, I told him it was a stupid scam.

Also if you choose not to pay income tax, please stay off my roads, off my sidewalks, and please send kids to private school This has been passed around for years, I don't know what they are trying to prove, if the country's population does not pay income tax because of a loophole, then what are the chances that the next day a new bill is passed That will have increased taxes on it. Just sign your paycheck and hand it to the government and complain like everyone else.

He said that you can also recoupe all moneys you have payed. If this is true then the whole thing would be true because the IRS would have to cut you a check.

You also said that when he gets caught he will be in trouble. So you are saying that he is not in trouble now.

This guy who is doing this has been very public about it. If it is true how come after 13 years he aint been busted. One would think the IRS could find him.

I am not saying it is good but I am very intrigued by it. I just want to know if it is truely voluntary.

I am very skeptical but there is the ring of truth to it. there may be a trick that will catch up to you. but if he is sending his tax returns in every year like he says and they are cutting a check to him then how is the IRS making this blunder for all of his customers and him?

It's not just the Federal Income tax - but the Social Security, Medicare, State and local taxes.... then there's the property taxes - and lets not forget the sales tax -

Irwin Shiff has been on all the top talk shows whether radio or TV for years now, he has the words and ways to back his methods if you look close---I pay no income tax already but ive heard him say how you can too, and I know it is possible...

But how then can we pay for MOAB's etc?

Actually Up here it was very similar, It was something about common citizen as opposed to being a taxpayer, Same principle, And I assume he has been contacted regarding the amount in arrears (since he was looking up information regarding re-payment to avoid Jailtime)

As for not paying, How long? I give it about 2 hours before they close the loophole, And there would be re-precutions, However let's not listen to common sense, Let's all think that a single person has out-witted every Lawyer in the IRS and government, Regardless of how true this may sound, There would not be any loophole in exsistance if he went public 13 years ago.

no one want's to pay tax, and I don't agree with where it goes, however if you want roads, schools, hospitals, Emergency services for natural disasters or even your military it is a necessity.
