I have 50 posts, but how do I put the picture under my name??

Do you like my GIF? I was thinking this one, but with the war and stuff, I'm not sure if it would offend people....

first its too big (10 KB and 64 x 64 pixels)

go USER CP then edit Options, somewhere at the bottom!
