Disrespecting our flag and our veterans!!!

This has me terribly upset. I drive by this house to and from work everday. Im so disgusted and I cant type anymore.

for some odd reason i laughed at the pic. most cause it has everyone infront of his house with flags.

Obviously they haven't seen , first hand, the way the people in the middle east live. I mean the everyday guy, not those who have means and, like the middle and upper class from Iraq...they have packed their bags and split. The poor slobs, as my mother used to say, are stuck and will have to fare the up coming battle. God Bless our soldiers and sailors. Like Inspector Closeau often said to Kato " One swift blinding blow"

The pic doesn't look Photoshop-ed to me. It looks legit.

I had a neighbor who had 3 paper flags in his station wagon turned upside down. An American flag upside down denotes a state of emergency. It was a fad in (my home at the time) Charleston SC for people of African American descent to display flags in this manner to protest the state of race relations. I researched and found info on flag etiquette, the origin of the flag and what it stands for, along with a note saying I thought his protest was uncalled-for and left all of it on his car. The next day they had been righted and were that way until I left 6 weeks later.

I wish these people could see the errors in their ways as easily as it appears the person in Charleston did.

Uhm hello! This really isnt about the war. This is complete disrespect to us Americans. Thats a POW flag hanging upside down on the bottom. Our men and women died for this country, and for him to hang flags upside down, and Iraq flag at the top and a POW flag upside down is compltetly disrespectful. He should be expelled from this country.

Why do they disrespect the POW-MIA flag as well? There is absolutely NO calling for that. (not that there is any calling for the disrespect of the US flag either)

GZ3, why do you say that? Why does anyone say that they have a right to freedom of speech whenever someone criticized another's way of expressing themselves? The Freedom of Speech amendment protects people from legislation, NOT from people getting ticked off about someone else's stupid remarks. Criticizing someone for saying something that you do not agree with is NOT a breech of the 1st Amendment. If we passed a law saying they could not do that, then yes, please begin to spout off about Freedom of Speech, but please do not belittle the 1st Amendment by incorrectly using it.
