Saddam Can't be Found

That's what a news report on CNN said this evening in response to an option by the Administration to sanction assassinating the Head of a Foreign State inspite of it being illegal.

The issue is that Saddam is so elusive, with numerous doubles, fake itineries, multiple levels of protection by commondo style troops that it would be virtually impossible to locate him.

He never spends two consecutive nights in one place and many times moves to different places during a single night. Apparently these ruses have helped him survive for so long despite 13 announced assassination attempts.

Well if you were Saddam Hussein wouldn't you move around a lot?
I am not surprised that it's a little bit hard to find him even in Iraq. He has to be elusive to stay alive, and for now he's going to stay alive.

I am not sure what Bush has planned on how to kill him, of course I am sure the U.S. Government has some more details that CNN and we don't have.

Leave the "Christians In Action" out of this!

They've got a full plate with all the anti-war protestors as is!

Actually, with the world watching as closely as it currently is, it won't come from an organization that can be easily tied to the U.S.

Shahani, we were talking about this very issue, and you brought up (what I thought was ) a terrific idea: Which was...

Instead of deploying all these troops and ordinance and spending gazillions of dollars....

What say we just send in a crack group of Rangers or CIA or whatever...and just take Saddam out? HUH?

I mean, yes, I know, we have this Doctrine which prohibits the assassination of a (foreign) head of state...

But DANG, if our whole problem is not with the Iraqi People, but simply with this one guy (Hussein), as GWB is suggesting, well, then, let's break the rule! I mean, it's OUR doctrine, right?

Once the job is finished (and all of the fake Saddams, and finally, the REAL one have been taken out,) we'll all sue ourselves for violation of our own Doctrine....

Verdict will be not guilty. Hey, it's our court. And we have ludicrous attorneys!

Well, what we spoke of was to take out Saddam and his goons. The TV report I referenced spoke of taking out only Saddam.

The resultant chaos will ensure the goons take themselves out and save GWB all the trouble.

LOL! As if GWB wants to be relieved of "all that trouble"....

That is not his agenda, and we both know it.

You and I are just blowing bubbles at each other, and we both know that, as well!

I don't care if he's found or not. Just so he goes away . If it be war, we'll probably never find him. I bet he has a dozen look alikes all willing to take his heat. I'd settle for finding the antrax and the other chemical stuff.
