how dare Newegg

ordered my new barton last Wed, Newegg e-mails a message I won't receive before Monday of this week. It arrived Friday morning at 10a.m. 1 1/2 days, with a message thanking me for my business, any problems please call or e-mail at the number they gave me! A real fone number with a person on the other end and a thank you note. What are those people trying to do, earn my business again

after all was said and done (two computers later,) I have spent upwards of $1200USD at NewEgg.com! a quality website, with excellent technical and RMA support.
there's always a person at the other end (during business hours), and my only advice is to never order something after business hours friday, through monday 7am...if you make a mistake, they may ship it before you can call in a correction. *(that happened to me...but they handled the RMA without any problem)

yeah, I've only spent around $5k with them... A few hundred at other places, but newegg's the only one I currently trust completely...

(only about $1k of that was actually for me...the rest of it was for other people, using their money...)

NewEgg Rocks. I've spent alot of money ther and have never been disappointed once. If every E-Commerce site could be run like this. I only wish they handled more products.

I've lost track of how much I've spent at NewEgg. I do know that when I go into the RMA request section I have at least 3 pages of orders.

Yup, I can't complain. Got my Slot loading pioneer DVD drive for 47 shipped. Locally they wanted 59 + tax. For now and forever, if I need something computer related I go there first.
