What records does an ISP keep and why would they keep customers download history?
In fact, why would Kazaa keep download history?

I guess the free ride is over. Big Brother is here. I guess I will have no compelling reason the get broadband service if you can't use it to d/l movies or music. What's the point then? If you need to surf web pages faster, then maybe you're spending too much time online?
