Winrar error help

I have windows xp on a disc and am tyring to extract it but it tells me that some installation files are corrupt. Then it says that CRC failed in Windows XP Home Edition Beta 2.ISO. What other ways can I extract the data from this disk? It uses WinRAR ro extraxt it are there any other ways to do that?
