Hate to be a party pooper, but those bombers mentioned in the article are just part of the chess game.
It goes like this: The world powers all have the ability to strike at each other (and anyone else) with nukes at any time. In regard to Korea fearing nukes, it is not these bombers that would be the ones to fear. ever hear of Posiden (s/p?)?
There are at least two off thee coast of China (Korea) at all times. And if they scare China into going to the table rather than the battlefield, what do they do to Korea?
All that those 'visable' nuke moves are is geo-politic-chess, where polotitions get to bluster until their bank accounts are big enough...
This sort of child like behavior at the level of world peace is just dumb.
