Outdoors I Think The US is Being REAL Unfair to N. KOREA !

Maybe even mean.

What's up with this frustration of their most heartfelt..errr.. "desire" ?

Planning to defend itself against the err.."attack" by the US which is so near yet so far, the Nation which has demonstrated so well the success of Communism in keeping half its men in the Army and the rest unemployed.

Gee, whiz !

Here they intercept a US recon plane 150 miles out to sea in what could have only been a well-planned act as the Migs have a short range, and then lock target acquisition radar on it, the US plane did not fire on them.

What has the World come to when even a N.Korean Mig is not so scarey.

And seeing as they want us to believe that they will go nuclear as we are just about to invade them....Hmmm..look at all the industry and creature comforts they have to offer.

I for one am getting MAD ($2.50 at your Mag stand--CHEAP).

I am also getting a little impatient.

What is holding up the imminent invasion? Why not give a Gov't whose desperation is such, the very invasion they seek? Why are our elected leadrs so mean ?

Hey ! Does that mean we would have to put them on "the dole" afterwards ? Ah! Things are becoming clearer.

Howsabout an invasion and NOT putting them on the dole?

Howsabout quietly letting them know that ?

DOOOOG

In this game of regional "bluff" poker they are playing we should say:

"We'll see your two nukes and raise you 100!"

Heck no !

100 nukes would start a nuclear winter and destroy the World.

Remember when QuaDaffy was flapping his mouth ? Remember a Cruise missle that redocorated one of his personal tents?
Remember how quiet he became ?
Why can't we pop this guy, like in the Bourne Identity ?
Might quiet him a tad.

If the US invaded N.Korea it would start a major war in the region.

N.Korean forces would level Seoul with artillery before the US forces would be close enough to take them out.

The only option is to level N.korea in one major nuclear blast , and this has to be done without hitting China or S.Korea.

100 nukes would not start a nuclear winter and destroy the world.

It would just change the world a bit. Several dozen new extinctions and huge population reductions of most life forms.

But even at that we are only talking bout a bad nuclear winter of perhaps 300 to 400 megatons. Tactical nukes yield in the dozens of kilotons range. We also have neutron bombs which yield little residual radiation and very little blast so in that case there would be virtually no enviromental impact.

I don't know the range of one of dem dair things though.

I agrees on using tactical smart nukes.

But, with countries like NK?Iraq, all you're gonna achieve is shuffle the rubble some more and create powerful dust storms (like I tolds you about --the fog type) and kill a lot of peeple and cause radiation pollution for the entire world.

And the peeps in other nucklear countries will think that if the US does it, it must be OK to use nukes.

Then the fun starts.

I wouldn't even think about using any nuclear weapons. No matter how "controlled" they would be.
Remember the cold war? What was it? It was simply a contest between two nations to see who was tougher. Like shahani said,
if we go shooting nuclear weapons at one another, what is stopping these other countries from doing the same?

US or should I say the U.S.

If N. Korea disappears off the planet the other countries will think more than twice.

If someone doesn't stand up to these primitive punks now, it will only get a lot worse in the future.

As they say, S*** happens and I think it happens for a reason. If nobody cleans up the S*** everyone will be stepping in it eventually.

Now, now , boys. Let's not go off the deep end. They're just trying to live up to their billing.....Axis of Evil. I say just keep them at bay. With their economic situation, just keep them isolated and they will more than regret the "Big Show" that they are putting.
Because of their strategic location . they feel that we have to tread lightly. I say don't tread at all. Shut them down and let them wallow in their own misery. If they act, we react..otherwise let them play the fool.
