I think the wireless will be ok with a vpn setup. Just have to figure out how to get that working. Plus we have two laptops so being able to take them in the backyard would be real cool on a summer day

Right now I have an athlon 650, antec 830 case, 512 MB RAM (plenty there), Geforece 2MX400 card (fine for my uses). I just bought a nice Viewsonic lcd so should keep that for awhile. I could use a DVD player, cd burner, or new soundcard though.

Emc2:

Oooh the speakers are a great idea. Or I could *borrow* the dolby stereo system and put it in my room

NoCtrl:

Nice case! I thought about that one but the SV24 has sound/video built in, plus firewire, usb, etc ports and its smaller so it makes a good lan box. I guess I could give up my Antec case and go all aluminum though

Now that you mention it flea, one of those wireless optical mice would be pretty nice.

Media A night to remember

A massage in a hot tub with Champange and strawberies. Dinner on the top of the Time/Life building and then a crisp buggy ride through Central Park. Then to the house to R E L A X.....

Food Double it!!

See if you could double that money over a period of 6 months!

If you take that money and get some training in some job field that wouldn't require much of your time you might be surprised how much you make in the long run.

I heard of a man that went and got some “Window Cleaning Training” for under $100 of his expense and a couple of days of his time and is now making a 6-figure income!
He started cleaning windows at local banks and business and then got so many requests that he had to higher more help.

Or

Go get some things below wholesale, like at an auction and sell those things at right below retail and then take that money again and do the same! I have seen this work also!

I would much rather have say $1000 bucks and many ideas of how to make more money than just a couple of soon to be "out of date" items at bestbuy.

I'd probably just blow it on some "soon to be out of date" items at Best Buy.
