Radioactive Material Stolen in Nigeria

The Nigerian Nuclear Regulatory Agency admitted earlier this week that devices used to X-ray oil pipelines for cracks were lost, but sources tell Fox News that officials now believe the disappearance of the material was a "strategic theft."

You have to admit that these guys are crafty, provided it was terrorists who took these. I hope this plan, if there is any, is foiled as well.

Could be tied my other post about a possible attack in Asia. Considering the currently limited capabilities of Al Quada (lack of central organization), this may be a distinct possiblity, as a radiological dispersion device would require a minimum of effort and logistics to deploy.
