Food

I hate squeaky wipes, too. They drive me insane.

I haven't tried this, but I've read that you can dry wash your windshield with baking soda. No water. Just baking soda and a dry paper towel. Sprinkle some on and rub it around with the paper towel. This supposedly removes any wax or other squeak-causing residue from your windshield.

Good luck.

Cut and paste the following into Google:

"noisy windshield wipers"

Then click the Groups tab. Lots of discussion and some good ideas there.

That could be caused by too much pressure by the wiper arms springs.

A buddy of mine told me about making windshield wipers softer by putting a little WD40 on a paper towel and wiping the wiper blade with it. Don't go crazy with the quantity of WD40.
This really works.I tried it my self makes the rubber like new.
Somtimes they get hard in the packet.

You can wax glass also. Or apply Rain-X and forget about wipers.

They squeak even when it's raining heavily?
