accord intake

hrmm what do you guys suggest
get a short ram intake for my car of get a cold air intake on my 99 accord ex, the cold air goes to where the resignator was(right front wheel well) and it should draw in colder air quicker, but the short ram is cheaper but might give the same performance
need opinions asap as im about to buy one in a couple or so

hrmm if you work on cars for performance you should have some idea what im saying
short ram intake - its a shorter intake sometimes illegal in some states, you put in your car for air intake to the engine
cold air intake - is like a short ram usually has a conic filter and is usually longer and goes to where your stock intake resignator is which is located in the front right wheel well of your car
im not sure which i should get $ for performance i dont know if ill see much more perfomance cause the cold air is a little more than a short ram

ok ive bidded on the cold air instead of the short ram, it should have more performance

the police claim that some intakes dont provide the correct amount of filtering for propper emmisions, obviously the less flow restriction you have the more air to the engine the better performance so they think it has to be bad for the environment, anywho basically if you are pulled over for visible car mods, they can pop your hood now legally and check to see what you have done, its crap heh

I ran a CAI with Custom Dual Exhaust & a Diablo chip burned for my 2000 Mustang. Improved performance greatly. Make sure you have the exhaust system to back up the CAI. (MORE AIR=MORE FUEL) to burn it effeciently you need the right exhaust to get that burned gas out quickly.

EDIT: Also make sure your plugs and wires are up to the task.
