Motrin, lots of water, a big greasy breakfast, and sleep.

Oh, and ZZ Top recommends cheap sunglasses.

Have fun!

Definitely drink lots of water, all day prior. The majority of your hangover will be dehydration.

I've found that when you get up, drink one of what you were drinking the night before. One, not two, one. You'll feel better soon. If you can't stop at one, you'll be right back in the crapper again. Have a safe 21st B-day. I spent mine in boot training. It was a very dry 21st for me.

And just don't lay around if you get up and move around it'll go away much faster.

Have a great 21st B-day

Most hangovers are caused by TOO much alcohol, or poor quality.

Please avoid alcohol poisoning, don't consume more than a couple of oz's per hour, the rest is a waste.

I used to drink like 5 or 6 oz of Absolute Vodka w/Peach Schnapps & OJ in about 2 hrs.

Then party for the next 6-7 hrs without drinking anything.

Grabed a steak at closing from the resturant and I was legal to drive home.

Morn after, Alka Selzer Cold Plus is the best hangover medicine.

Too much throwing up means you just drank tooooo much.

Absolute Vodka
Yeah I tried Absolute! LOL
I was still sick in the morning ... but since I was sitting on my dock on the Atlantic ocean.... didn't have to worry about the drive home.

I try to remember to drink alot of water before going to bed.
OJ in the morning with 3 Aleve's and Im feelin normal by noon.

Space out the drinks too. Dont want to be completely plastered before 10pm. It would end too soon.

Enjoy, you only turn 21 once

edited Aleve in for Advil
