help with song title

I'm looking for a particular song but am unable to remember the title. It's a song that is played/sung every New Year's. I remember that it has the phrase "May old acquaintances be forgot..." Someone told me the name today, but I'm an idiot with a horrible memory. Can anyone help me out? Thanks,
