Anybody on it? Does it work?
I had originally heard some less-than-stellar things about it, but lately it's been showing promising signs. There have been some really positive short-term studies and several organizations are introducing long-term studies.
I tried it once for about two weeks and I did drop a fair amount of weight, but it required me to give up bread, pasta, fruit, and sugar in my coffee. Those are my four main food groups.

Couldn't hang with that for long.
