you be the judge
ok, watching discovery channel right now. there is a documentary on these conjointed twins. they are young girls. 2 hearts, 2 sets of lungs, 2 stomachs, 2 heads, 1 of everything else. pretty nuts... but the question is....
if one of them were to kill the other, would it be murder?

I'd guess it'd be suicide
If one dies, they still have 1 liver, hmm 3 kidneys?

i changed before that came on
but would they both have lived if they had stayed together? or was one like a parasite on the other?.. i would rather have one die so one could live then lose both, or lose one and possibly lose the other later
if they could have lived together though, and they chose to seperate them, then its a little different..
so i would say yes, but if one could live at the cost of another who wouldnt live, then no

they would be paralyzed if they were seperated.
they cheat on tests. they have the oppurtunity to be the smartest entity in the existing world in my eyes. 2 minds. you know? that us just nuts. SOOOO many questions. what happens when they want to drive? will they be allowed? separate licenses? take the test twice?

if i were a conjointed twin i would wreak havoc. i would tie the other one up and go around stealing stuff, and when they got my prints, i would blame it on the other one
i would swear as a child and then both would be punished muhhahaaha
i would take the "upfront" approach to women. and it that didnt work, tell the other one to try the sweet approach

Wow, I wonder if there is any kind of nerve connection between them. ie, if the left twin's arm got injured, would the right twin feel it?
If so, that'd be... real creepy.

I have seen the ones that are joined at the head, and the one that can walk actually dates What a weird situation for all 3 parties.
As fo the original ? Suicide, but that's illeagal in some states as well. But would it be worth the risk to yourself in that situation?? Prolly not
