Systems Very Sad News (Grandma)
My Grandma passed away on Saturday the 15th.

Some of you might remember the operation she had back on New Years Eve... Details in this thread http://www.techimo.com/forum/showthr...hlight=Grandma

she was recovering very well and the doctors were talking about her coming home a couple of weeks ago. It went down hill from there. She developed and infection in her intestines called Clostridium Difficile, then she got a staff (Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus) infection on her stump. on Sunday the 9th (her birthday) she went in a state of delirium and never came out. All of this was pretty much a result of to many antibiotics. After a week of fighting hard, her body just gave up. Her kidneys were failing, she had a stroke and a heart attack. She will be sadly missed. This is a tough pill to swallow, but at least she is not suffering anymore.

Sorry to hear this. I'm lucky enough to still have all of my grandparents, but I do know how it feels to lose a loved one.
