Up for a challenge?

I need to find out how much accession aid countries have received to join the EU, not just the current EU applicants but older members too.

Been searching the net without much luck, any searching gurus here?

Nothing turned up at my library. They're kinda lacking in materials on the European Union. Surprise, surprise.
