what really sucks is that the girl never really got to do much of anything with her life...
thats what hurts the most.... no parent should have to bury their own kid...

Yes, very sad and unnecessary - a "clerical error" was cited previously - she shouldn't have even been on the list for those organs! A whole series of checks went wrong, not just the one doctor's mistake...

Was posted before in here last week I think, before she died.

I have been following this story, too bad the Doctors didn't pay more attention to the patient,and what was going on.I agree, there should be a lawsuit,and someone should have to pay in one way or another.No way could they just say Oops, sorry

Keeping her on life support though is just prolonging the inevitable.

I heard a bit ago on Fox News that they had taken her off life support and she passed away.

But, they also said it was unclear whether they had the family's permission to stop life support.
