Sensetive Smoke Alarm

I am not sure if anyone is familar with the First Alert Strobe SA100B smoke alarm.

I use these alarms because of the strobe light feature. I won't be able to hear the smoke alarm unless I am directly under the smoke alarm itself so the strobe light prooves very useful.

Just recently as of about 2 weeks ago, anything that I cook in my oven that requires a tempeture of over 400 degrees in the oven my smoke alarms go haywire. I need to open up the windows and everything, I can not see any smoke or nothing at all. I have two of these in the house, one upstairs and one downstairs and sometimes its the downstairs one and other times its the upstairs one going haywire, but never both at the same time. leaving all the doors open and windows open help prevent from these things going haywire but it would be nice to figure out why they do that.

I don't know if anyone has an answer other than just cook with doors and windows open.

It only does it when the oven temp is over 400 degrees, below that say like 375 its fine, no smoke from the oven, nothing. Its just cooking my food.

Maybe they are just overly sensetive smoke arlarms, i been using this brand for about 4 years now and never had a problem like this with them.

They are wired into electricy and has no batteries.
