How to check people out?

I thought it was going to involve bars and people of the oppisite sex. Ablang, we both have been duped. I for one am going to go and talk to myself in the TIMO chat room....

as for checking out criminal records, I don't think there is any way to do it for free that I know of. You might be able to go in and ask your local department in person.

Ask a policeman, nicely.
